Site Visit & Project Planning:
- In the initial stage, Building Value conducts a site visit to assess the project’s scope, specific requirements, and site conditions.
- Detailed project planning takes place, including the development of project blueprints, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
- Necessary permits, approvals are obtained, and project teams, including subcontractors, are placed together.
- Once we have a clear picture of the project, we proceed to the step of contract signing between Building Value and our client.
Project Execution:
- This stage involves the actual construction work based on the plans and schedules established during the planning phase.
- Contractors oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project, ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications and within budget.
- Quality control measures are implemented to maintain high standards of workmanship, and safety protocols are followed to ensure a secure work environment.
Monitoring and Control:
- Throughout the project execution, ongoing monitoring and control are essential to keep the project on track.
- Progress is tracked against the project schedule and budget, and any deviations or issues are addressed promptly.
- Regular communication with the client and stakeholders ensures transparency and allows for adjustments as needed.
Project Closure:
- Once the project is near completion, final inspections and approvals are obtained to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- A list is created to address any remaining tasks or deficiencies that need to be resolved before project closure.
- Comprehensive project documentation is compiled, including warranties, maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings, which are provided to the client.
- Final last payments are processed, and the project is formally closed, marking the end of the construction phase.
